Bookings at Shivananda Lodge are confirmed directly by phone or WhatsApp — there is no online booking portal. A room is held once payment is received via the QR code our team shares with you at the time of booking. Check-in is from 11:00 AM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Booking & Payment

• All bookings are made directly with Shivananda Lodge by phone (03242-359326) or WhatsApp (94756 88033) — we do not sell rooms through any third-party platform
• Once you share your travel dates, our team confirms availability and sends a UPI/QR code for payment
• Your room is confirmed and held only after payment is received — an unpaid enquiry does not guarantee a room
• Room rates shown on this website are per night and subject to change; always confirm the current rate at the time of booking

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in is from 11:00 AM and check-out is by 10:00 AM the following day
• A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, passport, voter ID or driving licence) is required for every guest at check-in, as per standard requirements for hotels in India
• Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on same-day availability — ask when you confirm your booking

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation and date-change terms are confirmed directly with our team by phone or WhatsApp at the time of booking, since they can depend on how far in advance you cancel and the dates involved. If you need to cancel or change a booking, please call or WhatsApp us as early as possible.

House Rules

• Pets are not allowed on the property
• Outside food is permitted in all rooms
• Guests are expected to maintain reasonable conduct on the property; the lodge reserves the right to refuse or end a stay in case of misconduct or illegal activity
