Since every booking at Shivananda Lodge is confirmed directly by phone or WhatsApp — not through an online booking platform — cancellation and refund terms are also confirmed directly with our team at the time of booking, rather than through an automated online process.

How Cancellations Work

• If you need to cancel or change a booking, call 03242-359326 or WhatsApp 94756 88033 as early as possible
• Cancellation and refund terms — including how far in advance you cancel and whether payment was already made — are confirmed directly with our team, since they can vary by date and season
• There is no automated online cancellation form; all cancellations are handled personally by our staff

Date Changes

If your travel plans shift, contact us by phone or WhatsApp with your new dates. We'll confirm whether the change can be accommodated based on availability.

Refunds

Where a refund applies, it is processed back to the original payment method after the cancellation is confirmed with our team. Please allow a few working days for the refund to reflect, and reach out to us on WhatsApp if you don't see it after that.
